A practice rooted in real life.
Restore was founded by Janda Bishop, OTR, MOT, whose work has included long-term care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, home health, and pediatric and adult occupational therapy.
Her perspective is shaped by both professional experience and family life: when her daughter was born with neurological differences, Janda’s passion for therapy deepened. That lived understanding continues to inform a practice that sees each person as more than a diagnosis, a checklist, or a set of skills to improve.

Margaret Woodfin, MOT
Holli Hodges, M.S., CCC-SLP
Holli has 25+ years experience as a Speech and Language Pathologist.
Margaret Woodfin, B.S., OT graduated from TTUHSC some years ago with a BS in occupational therapy. She worked in Dallas for eight years before taking time off to raise her boys, who are now self sufficient and on their own. She re-entered the therapy world when her children started driving. She has worked in several places and became passionate in sensory processing difficulties, handwriting problems, fine motor, and visual motor problems. She has worked the past 2 years focusing on myofunctional training, cranial sacral therapy, and myofascial release. She and her husband Mark enjoy working with international students, attending church, and leading an active lifestyle with their golden retriever, Sunshine.

Deanna Winn
Office ManagerDeanna started off her career in an underwriting position for a major life and health insurance company. She eventually moved into the auto and home side of insurance with another major carrier. It was with this company she earned the position of Claims Administration Manager, and obtained knowledge of how to run a successful office.
Deanna has since been blessed to work as an office manager and children’s ministry assistant in a church setting while being a homeschool, private school, and public school mom.
She’s been married to her husband, Shane, for 24 years. They have four children, 3 of which are biological and one is adopted. Two of her biological children are identical twins with Downs Syndrome!
Stephanie Subia
Administrative Assistant Originally from Gravesend, Kent, England, Stephanie moved to the United States in 2020 and now proudly calls Lubbock home.
With a background in customer service, leadership, and administration, Stephanie brings a warm, welcoming, and compassionate approach to her role at Restore. Recognizing that people may sometimes be navigating particularly challenging moments, Stephanie believes in the importance of offering a listening ear, a little reassurance, and a welcoming presence. She strives to ensure that everyone walking through the door feels heard, valued, and supported.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys discovering local coffee shops with her husband, Gabriel, getting lost in a good book, and travelling to new places while revisiting familiar favorites. She also loves spending time with their cat, Pebbles.
